National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

What the h… am I in Control Of?

Only you are in control.

Only you can learn to help yourself.

You are the only person that lives with your particular depression.

Tons of people have and live with depression. Nearly 1/3 of the whole world. It’s not just you.

You really need to start working on getting through it or work around your depression.

Start in your own back yard.
You can do quiet things.

If you think you should try antidepressants then you should. See a doctor. This step is very hard. I did it and so can you!

If you were in the service, they have programs to help you. Get in touch with them. You will NOT be alone. They will help.

It is hard to get up and stay out of bed. Work on this a little at a time.

The next thing is getting dressed. Then brushing your teeth. Eat something. Drink water or even pop. No Alcohol. It is a depressant!!!

You don't have to go far to see nature.

If you are good with the small stuff it’s Time to add something for you to do.

Start small.

In your own backyard or window ledge, feed the birds. You can watch them from inside the house.

You never know what you will see.

Maybe seeing people not so much but the world is a wonderful thing to see. Or just the US like me.

I have been all over the US with some places more than once.

I love looking at nature. It is the most beautiful thing to see.

A red-bellied Woodpecker.

Sit on your back steps for a while and see what happens back there. Probably more than you think.

Some things are hard to do.

Get them over with, like calling a doctor, then you can relax some.

Start these things for you and no one else.

I like to watch football. You can watch the game and yell all you want. No one will think a thing about it.

Only you can prevent forest fires and help yourself.

I still have a bucket list. I want to see Kauai, Hawaii and the Redwood Forest. What do you want to see?

Read another blog post or Look at the Market Pages. I have Rakuten there and more. And I might get paid something if you go through my pages. Thank you.
