Did you know that depression is a disease?
Yes, a disease, just like heart disease or kidney disease or any other disease.
That knowledge sort of puts depression in a whole new light.
You can fight disease
You can fight disease. Way back when I was a young thing of 54, I had a heart attack.

Two stents, a lot of tests and Doctor appointments, a pacemaker and my heart is healed. My heart works well. I still have heart disease. It is a work in progress.
Asthma is another disease that I have. I am riddled with disease!
Everyone has some sort of disease.
Everyone has some sort of disease. Many are worse than others.
You can fight a disease
You can fight a disease. Depression is a hard disease to fight because it involves your brain. And all brains are different.
But, just think, Einstein was bipolar! Many very smart people are bipolar or fighting depression.
