Do you have anxiety to go with your
depression?
Some anxiety is quite normal and healthy. Things like public speaking, taking a test, or seeing a snake or spider.
Your brain is helping you to realize that something is happening around you.
Your mouth dries out and you may start sweating an abnormal amount. Your heart rate and blood pressure can go up.
Perceived anxiety happens inside your head with no reality around your body.
It is excessive, persistent worry and fear
Anxiety is excessive, persistent worry and fear. Something in your head can set off an anxiety attack.

Depression can start it. Your worry and fear takes over your thought process.
You can get rapid breathing, your heart rate increases, you start sweating a lot and at the same time you feel very tired.
It is all so confusing.
It can all be very confusing, but some things may help.
As always, a healthy diet- food is a medication in itself.
Cut down on caffeine.
Learn about the problem. There are many answers on Webmd.
Aerobic exercises help.
Meditation helps control your thought process.
Journaling is a great help by telling the journal what you are feeling and telling it how calm you are after writing.

Webmd has blogs by people like me that are living with anxiety and depression. I, thank goodness, do not have anxiety except when it comes to claustrophobia.
