What’s your Job?

You need to relax.

If you hate your job it’s time to look for a new one.

Sometimes if you really hate the job you do it adds to depression, big time. It’s time to look for a new one. You will not believe how much better this can make you feel.

If you hate your job and everyday is hard to go to work, even if you make the big bucks, is it worth your health?

Think of something you would really like to try and if it’s possible, do it. It may be just what you need to get you out of a slump.

If you love your job now and are depressed, it’s time to get medication and maybe a vacation to somewhere beautiful. Don’t just sit at home and stew about how depressed you are. That will not help.

Sometimes, even something as simple as a day at the zoo can lift your mood.

I know you are thinking “yeah, right”, but you might be surprised at how good it could make you feel and add to feeling better.

A day of just walking and looking at new things can help lift your mood. It just might get you to another step or two out of the hole you are in.
