Negativity is a big form of self sabotage. I grew up with negative people. It is a very hard habit to try to break.
I don’t even try to break it! I go around it. If someone tells me that I’m cute, I don’t believe them. I think “yeah, right” then move on in my head.
Don’t let yourself dwell on negativity in your own head. Forget about thoughts that you don’t believe.
Let those thoughts go and move on. It gets easier the more you do it.
I have a lot of problems with being told how helpful I am. My brain just will not let me say thank you and move on. I usually don’t feel that I helped enough and yet sometimes I’m resentful that they praise me at all.
My brain just seems to work that way. I can still move around this way of thinking mostly by just ignoring it anyway.
It’s like that old saying of picking your own battles. In my head I don’t believe the words others say about me so that is not a battle that I choose to fight.
If you can believe things about yourself you can appreciate compliments and love, good for you. Keep it up!
Don’t let what other people tell you become something to dwell on if you don’t believe it.
I believe that I was put in this life I live to learn a lesson. At the end of my life I want to say “I did it”. Not what others think about me.
If you are looking outside your head for parise and validation you are looking for disappointment.
Believe what you know to be true and let everything else go.
If you think suicide is the answer you need to think deeper about the REAL you. You are important and need to keep living for a bigger reason than we can understand.
Believe in that unknown reason and keep going. I believe in you and that everyone has a purpose.
Believe the REAL you and keep going!!
