Go on a Picnic

Better Eating Will Help

You can go on a picnic, even in winter. Is it too hard for you to get ready?

Grab some fruit and a chunk of cheese with some water and out you go. It’s not too hard.

The air and hopefully sin will be great for you.

Eat Mediterranean

Actually the best way to eat, if you can do it, is the Mediterranean Diet and drink a lot of water. Whole foods like fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds and heart healthy fats.

It not only helps depression, but also heart disease, blood pressure and cholesterol and weight loss to just name a few.

It even helps Parkinson’s Disease. So, it can’t hurt to try, right.

Start out slow and easy.

Get some fruits and veggies that you like. Wash them and put them in the fridge. Done. Grab and go food.

Drinking a lot of water will help your depression along with the healthier food. CAUTION: You may start to feel better.

Cut back on the sweets and sugars, which is my downfall, eat mostly fruits and vegetables some chicken and fish as you go along. Small amounts or no red meat. (Everyone has to have a burger now and then!) Snack on seeds and nuts and eventually you just might start cooking meals. OK, maybe just making salads. That’s fine, too.

Salad is great!

Function in Your Life

I want you to be able to function in your life. Get help with your depression or PTSD or whatever you have. Start eating well and drinking more water.

You don’t have to do it all at once, Put a bowl of fruit and some nuts on your counter and eat it when you feel like it for now.
