I just wanted to say Hi and see how you are doing. Depression is a very hard, sometimes on going, problem to have. I have been fighting it for almost 73 years now. I am trying a different approach now.
I am on 3 different antidepressant pills now and I do ok, but I still have no energy and a lack of wanting to do things. So, I have been looking into supplements.

So far I now have hard, long fingernails! I do like that. Vitamin B12 Complete or complex does that well. That is about the only one that you can tell that it happened

I do take a few others and I’m feeling pretty good now. The newest one that I am going to try sounds really gross, but it’s better to swallow a pill than eat it. It is beef liver. It is supposed to enhance your mood, give you more energy, support your thyroid gland and even help you lose some weight. I think it is worth a try.
You can try to eat better. That would help, also. But, I don’t think you can still get everything you need in food alone.
My theory right now is that we as depressed people may need additional help that are in supplements. I know some of our brain chemicals are not getting to the right places in our heads. So, i’m going to try some supplements to feed my brain and body right.
When I get some good results I will let you know and you can give some a try. No street drugs allowed.
