McCann’s Irish Oatmeal
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup milk and added Hot Water
Stir
Add 1 cup fresh or frozen berries Sprinkle with Cinnamon and drizzle with raw honey.
Snack
Cut up veggies in strips
1/2 cup Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon light maple syrup and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla- stir up and eat.
Wild Rice and Spinach Egg Bowl
1 Cup container of Minute Rice Multi-Grain Medley
In a 12 inch skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray- on medium heat.
On one side of the skillet put an egg with pepper if you want.
On the other side of the skillet- add spinach about a handful or more.
Add a pinch of salt Cover and cook 3 minutes… until spinach wilts and egg white sets.
Heat the rice as label directs; put in a bowl and top with spinach then the egg.
