No Valentine

If you have no Valentine, get over it.

You are enough! If you feel like you need a good cry, go ahead, cry like a baby and let it all out. You will feel better.

Learn to like you for who you are or who you want to be. Write your image down on paper. Pin it up so you can see it often.

No image is off limits. This is your own ideas. Say, you want to be a dessert baker. Write that at the top of the page. Then write what you will need to make it real. An oven would be good. Then recipes will be needed. Start making your own recipes or look up ones that you really like. Start a place to put the recipes. I use a notebook with open topped sleeves that I can put them in.

Then just keep adding things you will need. Even start a list of ingredients you will need.

You can do this with anything you dream up.

You can be a woodworker or teacher or gardener. Whatever you think you would like to try. When the fit feels right, start making it happen. Sometimes a simple dream can be a great motivator.

I have always loved nature. So I have worked in a greenhouse. To get my fix with animals I found a Veterinarian that would train me. I did it for 15 years and absolutely loved it. Don’t limit yourself to that would take too much time and money. You can find a way if you want it.

Be your own Valentine! Was I still depressed when I did all this? Yes, of course. But, I am telling you that you can still do things that you love. Get more interested in things you love and not depression. I know it works!!!

Get into something you love and not depression.
I believe in you.
