Some Days are Good

After you can tell your depression who the Boss is, (Y O U) you will find that some days are good.

I’ve had a good one today. This morning we watched 3 fox kits playing and running in our backyard with Mom looking on. Everyone knows that I love animals!

Then I took my sister to physical therapy for her Parkinson’s. They work her hard!

When we got home the dogs found 5 baby kittens in our woodpile. Very tiny ones no more than 2 weeks old. Mom will probably move them tonight since we found them. They belong in the barn next door.

Depression is hard.

You will find that no matter how bad your depression is, and I know it can get bad, you will be able to find good days. As long as you stay around to find them. I also know that most days everything is hard.

I have lived like this my whole life and I can tell you that, Yes, I still think about suicide, but I can work around it in my head. I’ve come too far to give up now. But, it is still in my head.

When I have a good day, it is still always a surprise. But, I’ll take it!

Nature helps me a lot. Have you found something yet that helps you? I root for all of us. Do you have a Pinterest account yet? Come on, you have to do some of the work. It will help you to get out of your head and see things.

Do NOT give up!!!
