Taking B-complete vitamins.
Eating fresh fruits and vegetables. A Mediterranean Diet is best for depression.
Go to bed and get up on a schedule.
Exercise – it builds Serotonin in your brain and we need that!!!
Tell yourself you are not alone.


Get a little sun everyday.
Drink water.
Keep a diary or Scribble pad. Even if you write “I am not alone” everyday, you are doing great.
Life is not all about you, although it feels like it when we’re depressed. Try to help or talk to someone else. They may need it just as bad as you do.

I know that most depression advice is the same thing over and over. It feels hopeless.
Just remember that we all don’t react to the same advice. You need to find the best advice for yourself alone. Try to find the best things for yourself.
Maybe it is walking 3 or 4 times a week.
Maybe it’s walking 2 days a week and running one day.
Exercise builds feel good chemicals in our brains. Those are the chemicals that we need!
NEVER GIVE UP. This is your personal job in this life. Do the best you can and it may get easier and after a couple of months it may just go away! Wow
