What I Want You To Know

Hiker in the mist at dawn at thelake

You are never alone!

  1. You are not the only one that has trouble with their life. Many people do.
  2. Some people have clinical depression and will get over it in weeks or months.
  3. Some people have PTSD and not all of them were in the military. It’s hard to get thru,
but, it can be worked on and helped.
  4. Some people, like me, have chronic Depression that lasts a lifetime. It can be
    managed.
  5. You are worth the time and trouble to work on anything.
  6. Your life matters to someone even if you don’t know it. You never will know if just one
word or even a smile will change the direction of someone else’s life.
  7. Never think that because you are depressed you have nothing to give.
  8. We are all here for a reason, even if that reason is to say the right thing to the right
person at the right time. You may never know it, but you did it just the same.
  9. You need to try new things. Don’t just go to work and come home to sit in front of the
TV then rinse and repeat the next day and the next day and the next day…

Some ideas that may interest you, you should do now. If you don’t feel like it at least start it.
Don’t wait.

  1. If you always wanted to travel- do it now. I’ve been all over the United States and
mostly on a shoe string. It was all great! Check into Amtrak. It is a great way to go!
  2. Maybe you wanted to cook or bake. My Dad never even made his own coffee until he
got cancer. Then he learned to not only cook great, but he baked bread and made my
16th Birthday cake. I will never forget that.
  3. What about photography? You have a phone. Start there and work up to the skies the
    limit.
  4. Ever whittle? That is definitely cheap and easy. Just watch your fingers.
  5. Just walk around your neighborhood. You could see things that you never knew were
    there.
  6. Maybe you always wanted to garden. Now is the time. Even soil in a pot will grow and
    amazing amount.
  7. Knit or crochet. You can learn with a book, a friend or even U-Tube. Many people take
    this up, even athletes.
  8. Learn to play the piano or anything that you even thought you might like.
  9. Ever want to sky dive? I do! It’s still on my bucket list!
  10. Read that book you never think you have time to read.

Do it now!!! The list does not stop.

  • Try anything! You might find that you really like it. If you hate it move on to something else.
  • Train a puppy.
  • Raise fishing worms
  • Learn to swim.
  • Write a book
  • Learn to dance
  • Tutor kids
  • Send a letter to a friend in the mail!!!
  • Walk shelter dogs
  • Visit your local park or a neighbor

Don’t worry about what people will think, It is only your business anyway.

You are worth the time and effort. It is a rerun season on TV. No excuse!

Stay curious about your future!!
