Find that friend to talk to. It is not as hard as you think.

Right now I want you to make your bed or brush your teeth. Both if you can do it.

If you feel lonely it is time to get a hobby or call an old friend that you lost touch with or go out and find someone to talk to. It is easier than you think. Something like “I love your hair” or “what do you like to eat here”. That can get the talk started. A whole lot of people like to talk.

Get yourself to do it and things will start to get easier. Were you shy before depression?

Open the door a crack and it can get wider and wider. Think about the non-depressed you.

I have been there and done that. I do have some good friends. You can do it!! I believe in you!!! Practice your smile.

This is your job now!!
